I placed an online order (@$3,000) for patio furniture in May 2022. The website stated the items were in-stock and available immediately for shipment. After placing the items, the website said the order would be received here at my home on June 2, 2022. Nothing came and I never received any communications from Tractor Supply. I called and was told that they were trying to get the items from their vendor who was not communicative with them.
I called numerous times over the next weeks and was told repeatedly that my issue was with Tractor's Supply's vendor. Despite several promises, I never received any communication about the status of the order until on Friday, July 8, 2022 that the order was canceled.
No apology, no alternatives, and no consideration for my time. In short, I waited over two months and Tractor Supply just canceled the order!
Unreliable company folks!

15 months, right? On the SECOND month he needed to contact an attorney experienced in this area of the law. Typically, the attorney's compensation is on a contingent basis or paid for by their insurance company. If no attorney will take the case, it's because you have no valid case.
