TicketsOnSale Tickets on Sale; ticketsonsale.com Overcharged me by $216
I just purchased tickets and on the purchase page it said I was purchasing 4 tickets at $128 each (which is a total of $512). Then I received an email confirmation saying I was charged $727.96! When I called customer service they said I was charged a service charge of $167.58, sales tax of $40.78, and a delivery fee of $7.50. Nowhere on my page did it show the total charges (and also not the breakdown in the confirmation email!). The representative told me all sales were final and I could re-sell the tickets. I'm in contact with my bank to dispute the charge.
