This operation is a scheme designed to defraud and misrepresent. I joined Thumbtack a few years ago as a REALTOR® with Waterway Realty, Realtors® and WAS a verified merchant. I was billed an outrageous amount of money and got NO leads whatsoever.
I later added Florida Notary Public to my list of services offered and WAS also verified and DID get a few leads that came from THUMBTACKS efforts.
Now, 5 months ago, I added Criminal Law, DUI and Internet Crimes to my list of services offered. I am working as a Legal Assistant to the Law Offices of Roger Elking; located in Aventura, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Florida
One MUST be "verified to make or give "quotes" to a prospective client. I have been trying tirelessly to "GET VERIFIED" and the "Special Team" has been "looking into" getting it done for 4.5 months. It seems to me that #Thumbtack is going the way of G+ and many other flim-flam operations that scam people's time, money and efforts.
They have NO PROBLEM with their billing machine... They gladly BILL people and DO NOT deliver!
