Andrés Emily Baccichet, who currently holds the position of Business Development Associate at TD Asset Management, contacted my parents through acquaintances to invest in TD. He made them believe that he was an expert in investments and had privileged relationships with the TD bank. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a complete scam.
My parents invested a large amount of money expecting a significant profit, but the money was simply misappropriated by Andrés and disappeared, leaving them helpless and in shock. This tragic episode had an enormous impact on my parents' confidence in the field of investments, and since then they have adopted a much more cautious and thoughtful approach in this area.
It is regrettable that a person like Andrés has tarnished the company's name by deceiving trusting clients. It is not understood how a company can hire employees like him, who will only bring harm and damage. Fortunately, the whole matter has already been handed over to lawyers, who are trying to resolve the case in the best possible way.
In conclusion, situations like these demonstrate the importance of always being cautious and critical when deciding to invest money, especially when dealing with third parties with whom you have no prior connection or knowledge. Furthermore, it is crucial that companies hire reliable and honest employees to prevent their clients from falling victim to unscrupulous frauds.

We, too, became victims of this individual who preys on vulnerable elderly people to carry out his scams. Andrés Emily Baccichet is not only a scam artist, but a heartless predator who takes advantage of people's trust and goodwill for his own selfish gains. The devastating impact of his deceitful actions cannot be overstated. Not only did he make false promises and steal our hard-earned money, but he shattered our faith in the financial system and left us with a sour taste in our mouths for years to come. It is disturbing to think that someone like Andrés was able to infiltrate the ranks of TD Asset Management and exploit the reputation and trust that the company had built over the years. It goes without saying that more stringent measures need to be put in place to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
