Stop with the BS, show proof of anything you say Tischi. Even if vars violated 9F, you still have customers who were suppose to receive 9yrs of service. Now we find out you didn't pay your bill but by all accounts collected over 1 million and scammed more from you coin and data offering on crowd funding.

So much for your L O V E bs. If you weren't trying to scam people, you would of already made it right instead of hiding out. Just like you would never answer questions on any zoom call, any open forum. Didn't pay vars their commissions, I got some of mine, but I know others who have over $1000 still owed. Others who purchased unactivated sim cards, me included and could never get them exchanged from mcs to ruby9 service. Nothing of what you said has transpired, your right hand guy Brian Thompson should also be thrown under the bus. He was helping you promote several scams.

To date I do not know of many of the Value Added Resellers who have been paid by Steve Tichi, including myself.  I have sent many email  to the company with no response.  I bought 4 MCS chips for my family's personal use.  Ony one was activated.  The others, which I paid $300 plus tax and $108 to port old number over, have not been activated, nor will they ever be.  There went over $1000 down the toilet with Steve Tichi laughing all the way to the bank.  His company lies and he comes up with these scams and all I have to say is....KARMA Steve 

Open Communication Is a Clear path. The only motive to for folks to come here and use subtle Slander tactics is to create Hyperbole. Rather than state the facts the service is fantastic the rate incredible rate the company offers. Those who have been in disaccord have chosen this forum.

All Value-added resellers have received emails and many personal contacts from our project as to the status on bonus checks. Hundreds of checks have been issued and fully cashed as documented.

We adhere to a very strict policy called 9F and countless have violated this policy which has forfeited any and all funds. It is a legal binding agreement that all value-added resellers signed prior to being authorized to market any product.

9F states: very clear language the following > those who violated it and were terminated were bad apples.

Conduct its business in a professional, businesslike manner that will reflect favorably on MCS USA and its Products, and not engage in deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, derogatory, illegal, combative, or unethical business practices, whether with respect to the Products, MCS USA personnel or its corporate image, or otherwise. Violation of these requirements will result in immediate termination of this Agreement, forfeit of current sales and/or future earnings.

The company and Steve Tichi have been very transparent as to delays and the open fraud that had been occurring by countless and the crimes that had occurred by countless VARs as they scammed the company using charge backs as a model. The company will be taking legal action against all who have done this and have participated in other events.

Lara Coombs, continues to be attacked openly on videos as men had made inappropriate remarks about her looks and suggested improper things openly to belittle a woman. We took this very seriously and 9f the individual. Lara was not involved with Voter fraud, she had competitor stir things up with no validity similar to the above listing.

It is an open Example of what the President calls False News. Like the above data Listed by others. The above shows 1% or less of the actual issue, but does not list the facts. The project has Millions of dollars in resources and has no problem paying anyone. Any and all folks are being paid and have been paid. Many who have gone down this path of false news and being a bad apple will be notified and will have to endure proper accountability via legal process.

What occurred is low level bad apples would execute charge backs after bonus were paid voiding the entire order and walking away with hundreds and in some cases thousands of dollars. Nowhere in the above postings does anyone state that. We are smelling many Rats.

The Open Slander attacks demonstrate and resemble in the professional world what is called trolls or trolling via a cyber model. It actually roles into a crime when mixed with other aspects. Clearly if you have issue contact us in writing and you will be responded to.

Also, the so called money due from order form that "George Posted "was abandoned in October and so the form shown online in this report is not accurate as it does not reflect the accurate payout amount.

It is 100% Fake, the dates are wrong and the amount and it lacks imortant information we use.

Or does it demonstrate the form that shows when a specific Sim card has been activated which is when VARs get paid. Or does it show the sim card barcode number. So, highly inaccurate data is being used to attack two individuals and a very successful company with an international venue that I doing very well.

There is no mention of Kosher phones, Kosher phone programs, International Voip calling offering the most cost effective price for international unlimited, or the program with Verizon, At n T or the new Tmobile program. There is no mention of the agreement to proceed with Comcast, IOt and the fact of our own unique data storage model. Clearly there is no mention of the last letters that went out stating where the project is.

None of the people in this report have listed their true name or have contacted us and requested payment in any fashion. What we have is a format where other choose to pick what suits them to file a Slander report and unfairly name 2 people, they are not happy with, most likely because of their termination and application of the 9F rule. List your full name if you have a legit greivence with us and contact us and follow company procedure. You will be paid if you have not.

We did in fact have serious issues and hired folks to assit us with tracking and payments, and that has been corrected with a new development of tracking and auto pay. The people who were involved with this process are professionals that have been in business for sevral decades and can testify as to the validity of how the system had to be redone. The payout date for some was delayed but yet hundreds of checks were mailed and cashed. Some are due, if your due contact us direct.

The 9F rule is very specific in its language- read closely and understand clearly it is very specific.

Yet as a bypass in an anonymous model other are choosing to make the poor choice of stating Slanderous and liable communication with the intent of causing damage to our project has been atempted herin.

We See no- mention of over 5000 very happy customers using the product some for over a year amazed at the cost of their Bill andthe phones work, where there is a proper signal and modern phone.

The transfer and upgrade of our service challenge was involving a very amateur small-town operation to assist us with transfer and upgrade of Sims. This proved disaster. This has lead to a 9 month delay as countless errors was made and we have an over 7 page document that demonstrates the gross negligence and damage done.

We have corrected this by finding a new model that will seemless activate and port phone numbers yet give our customers a better experince.

Because of articles like this we as a company are going to become very exclusive in who can market our items and earn a very good living. There is a new agreement that must be signed with a updated NDA as we do in fact take legal matter very serious.

We have direct reports of secret groups with the intent to Slander in documented form and all names involved fully discoverable as electronic footprints are very easy to certify and demonstrate. One man was contacted with a history of forgery and theft and we asked him very nicely to cease and desist, yet many out of his group mixed with others have felt the need to come to places like this and share less than 1% of the facts. The generated Fake News and the true sources orignate in areas that feed on Fake News and accept it as fact. The funny thing is the owner is a Democrat who does not subscribe to Fake news.

This is not the proper format to deal with misguided misleading statements about the project, the payout or people involved. Proper legal proceedings will be taken, with its adjudication and matters will be handled very serious with proceedings that shall be levied against any person or group as needed. the proper formatt is to take your grevience direct with us.

One item that designates Rip Off report from others is traditional it is not a forum to troll and slander others, which is clearly the case here. To make such brash statements is not only unlawful and wrong the picture here shares about 1% of the true story. Of the 1300 VARS there only turned out to contain less than 40 very bad apples. Many of these people slipped thru our screening process and treated this project as an MLM rather than follow the written procedure and multiple statements we are not a MLM in any way. Interesting enough most every bad apple is a MLM or gravitates to get rich quick schemes which we are not.

We have been a project of hard work and our evolution will continue as we bring forth very advanced items that are cutting edge and will in fact transform the way comunication and other models function.

Those upset rather than reasonably come to us with documentation as we have requested, Have done and participated in various acts from Slander and making statements that are not true. In the above there is a copy of inner company memo and yet there is no copy of the multiple other documents that state exactly what is occurring. The public sharing of emails is very specifically defined in our policy and procedures and is another example of blatant acts of discord.

I was not sure on his address. He gave out an email address on one of his video calls and it was something like eql master jedi or sql master jedi  so I googled it and website sqlmasterjedi.com came up. My neighbor was visiting and he is a tech guy and he did some sort of a address book look up on the website and here is what he found.

Everything in this Ripoff Report is very accurate.  I too have been with MCS since last summer and have NOT been paid commissions for the sales I made on the Sim Cards.  The promises made by Tichi have not been kept.  A more detailed statement available upon request.
