Ok what have I exprerienced with this factory:
-Pure lying to my face about almost anything (delays, shipping, how much they tested the lights, their DLC certification, etc) . It's been non-stop.
-Accusing me of being stupid when they sent something marked 3000k but it was 5000k..... and telling me to blame the customer and never replacing the lights. Then after I pointed it out to them, they just say "ok don't work with us then"
Like the nerve on these people.
- Their warranty doesn't exist - don't rely on it at all. They will fight you tooth and nail for $50 on a $4000 order when it's clearly their fault for doing something wrong.
-If you work with Linda, she will never connect you with a manager. She will try to hide her mistakes from management unless it's too late and then she will do everything to save her commission...
-The whole factory is shady, just beware. I've had nothing but issues with them for the small orders I place.
