I moved to the Sparklight's service area in Sep of 2019. There service is good....when it works! There was a recent outage caused by "technical problems" which even shut down the customer service phone lines. When I FINALLY got through to customer service, they had no answers for me BUT said that I would receive a call back when service was restored.
They never called back nor have they posted ANY kind of explination as to what caused the outage. I did, however, receive NUMEROUS phone calls about "finishing" my direct draft payment set up which I NEVER REQUESTED! I finally had to call a supervisor to stop these calls.
As far as service goes, this is the WORST internet provider I have ever dealt with.
