Complaint Review: Soumaya Al Dika - Bell California

Soumaya Al Dika is a convicted child predator. Currently, Soumaya Al Dika is a "domestic partner" of another vicious, Muslim fundamentalist and extreme narcissist Ali Moussaoui aka Ali Hasan Moussaoui.

Soumaya Al Dika & Ali Hasan Moussaoui aka Ali Moussaoui reside and pose as so-called husband & wife in Moneterey Park, CA.

Soumaya Al Dika currently poses a teacher at Al HAdi School in Bell, CA. Ali Moussaoui is a former teacher at Al Hadi School. 

One of the terrifying aspects of this story is that Soumaya Al Dika was brought to the United States, just a few short years ago, by Ali Moussaoui (Who has been an I.T. employee of USC & posing a professor at various scholls, for many years while wreaking havok on wealthy women by stealing their money). And by having been  brought to the United States and sponsored for residency, she has been the close assistant and co-conspirator of Ali Moussaoui in committing multiple acts of lewd conduct and trafficking and child slavery for profit against small, helpless children for many years now. Soumaya Al Dika is not at all the so-called innocent Muslim woman she portrays herself to be. She has been actively and intentionally aiding and abetting Ali Moussaoui and his cousin Sam Moussaoui for many years in committing extremely atrocious, heinous crimes against little children for many, many years. ANd Soumaya Al Dika has had and still has very easy access to children because she is a teacher at religious Muslim school (Hence the reason she poses a "sweet" Muslim woman) via her psotition as a teacher and this is how she has falsely gaied the trust of parents, co-teachers, faculty, and many other in the Muslim community and even outside the Muslim community.

It is frightening that a teacher is in reality a child predator who, like her partner Ali Moussaoui (aka Ali HAsan Moussaoui), preys upon and secretly touches, violates, manipulates halpless little children who then go on to become damaged, deeply traumatized, low-functioning people in society. This is the way that malignant, toxic sociopathic people move about in our society.

And the even more distubing part is that the upper faculty and administrators of Al Hadi School are fully aware of and allowing these crimes to be committed by this woman, Soumaya Al Dika and her partner, Ali Moussaoui (Who pulls the strings and controls everything in the backround).

A little backstory (Of a huge story) about Ali Moussaoui-Ali Moussaoui has been in the United States & a citizen for over 35 years. He was formerly married to Roba Mousaaoui, his blood relative and cousin. Some years after the marriage, after Ali Moussaoui started to cheat on Roba Moussaoui, because Roba Moussaoui had become unattractive and dumpy, she divorced him. Ali Moussaoui then moved on to, as the manipulator and phony that he has always been, prey on Facebook widows. He would contact the wealthy widows with a sizable inheritance and properties and other assets, in order to lie to them, forge a "relationship" and then eventually cheat, scam, defraud them and take all of their money with his sob stories and other pitiful dishonesties. He was never handsome in any amnner, thus he relied on his manipulation tactics to lure these unsuspecting old women. AT some point, he even lured a beautiful young woman, but he was only & only able to do so because the young woman herself was dealing with childhood issues that left her susceptible to the lies. Very shortly after that miserable relationship with this deadbeat, Ali Moussaoui, the young woman dumped him. However, he then stole her son from her-He stole her son based upon his lies to police and all-too willing and corrupt DCFS staff.

Ali Moussaoui has always gotten away with his crimes because he has always posed a s a old, "innocent" Muslim man who only wants to "help" others. This is an extremely controlling, dishonest, underhanded, devious individual. And some years ago, he was able to travel travel overseas to obtain the hand of a desperate old woman, Soumaya Al Dika, an old maid whom nobody else would have, and promise her riches and bring her to the United States. By now, anyone can see his pattern of conduct-A repusive old man who has always preyed upon vulnerable women. And, in his latest schemes, he decided to use the type of woman who no other man would compete for, therefore making his latest scam as easy as child's play (Pun indeed intended). In the world of child trafficking, child p.o.r.n. and other crimes against helpless children, profits are easy and huge. And this is the enterprise of Ali Moussaoui and Soumaya Al Dika. 

Some backstory about Ali Hasan Moussaoui--Ali HAssan Moussaoui was formerly married to his first cousin, Roba Moussaoui. Roba Moussaoui is a sociopath much like Ali Hasan Moussaoui. These 2 sociopaths, toxic individuals had 4 children, a daughter named Alla Moussaoui, twin boys, and a daughter named Kawthar Moussaoui. Kawthar Moussaoui & Alla Moussaoui have taken after their father. These 2 daughters are as malignant as their father. Apples Never Fall, but they do stay in the vine and rot. While Ali Hassan Moussaoui decided to spend his non-working hours scouring Facebook for recently widowed, naive women with large amounts of funds from their deceased husbands and many other dating sites, too, in order to "befriend" and manipulate these women by luring them into romance scams, Roba Moussaoui & her cellulite and varicose veins decided to divorce him & them conduct her own romance scams. Roba met a very wealthy but not too intelligent man at a car dealership. Long story short is they married approximately a year after the divorce from Ali Hassan Moussaoui. Thus, Roba Moussaoui & her cellulite & varicose veins were the proud new wife of a sizable daily allowance. Hopefully she's had the troubling cosmetic problems treated (Or not). Meanwhile, Ali Hassan Moussaoui continued on his personal quest at his side hustle of financial scams--An old, ugly version of the Tinder Swindler before the The Tinder Swindler was even a thing. He even, at some point, managed to snag (Via extreme manipulation tactics, lies, and a whole lot of luck by virtue of the girl being a traumatized person due to a lifetime of issues stemming from her own narcissistic, troublesome, problematic family) an extremely beautiful local girl in the San Fernando Valley of California. The girl saw the red flags early on, however Ali Hassan Moussaoui was insistent and never gave up. He used her own traumas and bad family to further mold, groom, manipulate her and even get her pregnant, but then later use more lies and a willing attroney to have the child, a son, unfairly taken from her, despite the fact that she was nothing but an excellent Mother, great parent, and faultless person in general. This is the level of malevolent, coniving scum that he, Ali Hassan Moussaoui is. And he has trained his daughters to be the same criminals that he himself has aways been. They have all completely raised and turned the little boy, now about 10 years old, against the good, faultless Mother. Infact, they have completely cut the boy off from the Mother, and lied to the boy about his mother, to the point that the boy remembers nothing good about her. They have molded him & erased his young memories of his mother from his head & have instead filled his head with a false narrative of his biological mother. And this is where Soumaya Al Dika comes in--When, a few years ago, Ali Hassan Moussaoui went to the mIddle East to purchase this old maid, as she was already relatively old by those standards & an old maild, thus had no better options, he promised her the riches of America. He also conducted a DIY "marriage" which consists of reading a few lies (And lines) from the Quran and Bam! They are now "married." And these are the same lies he has fed to officials and other authorities in America for years. These are the same lies he fed to his former employers at Al Hadi School in Bell, California to have Soumaya Al Doka hired as a "teacher." Her position as a "teacher" put her in the most ideal position to traffic and manipulate and groom other helpless children for Ali Hassan Moussaoui's & Soumaya Al Dika's newest enterprise of trafficking children and profiting big time. And, while they were happily making so much cash as predators of small, helpless children, he easily, too easily, convinced Soumaya Al Dika to pretend to be the "mother" of the boy--The very boy he had stolen from his loving, biological mother. See, the biological Mother had, over the years, fought hard in Los Angeles Courts to re-gain custody of her child, the boy. And she was finally making strides in convincing the court of the liar and narcissists that Ali Hassan Moussaoui indeed was and is. At the time, the court judge was judge Giza of Stanley Mosk Court & this judge, after years of corrupt judges who Ali Hassan Moussaoui had paid and bribed, had come to see the truth in this case. And judge Giza was about to at least order visitation & reunification process. However, because Ali Hassan Moussaoui saw that his house of cards was coming down, he made the bold, horrendous move of having his pretend wife & real partner in crime, Soumaya Al Dika, sign her name and signature to Dependency Court documents, falsely attesting that she had been the "mother" of the boy and wanted to sue the biological Mother for  (Alleged & Non-existent) "parental alienation" and have the case suddenly halted in family court in Stanley Mosk court & instantly transferred to Dependency Court, where the bilogical Mother would once again be completely blocked from her child, the boy and be facing at least 3 more years of court battles and being forced to prove that Never Once, In The Past 10 Years, had she ever "abandoned" or "alienated" the boy in any manner. And this is the level of low down, disgusting excrement that Soumaya Al Dika reaaly is--A woman who has gladly participated, actively as the main character, in a process to take another woman's child from her for no reason whatsoever, other than to please the puppet master who had made her dreams come true by bringing her to the United States and giving her a home & livelihood here. This proves that not even the most "orthodox" religious individuals know god or, in this matter, "allah," as they pretend to. It is truly only the most toxicly narcissistic individuals who prech religion & yet are the farthest from kind, godly, religious people. Soumaya Al Dika currently is still employed at Al Hadi School, in the city of Bell (Incidently the same city at the past years' most publicized governmental corruption and kickbacks which were prosecuted). Evidently, Al Hadi School administrators agree that it "perfectly fine" to traffcik and profit from children.

If you have ever come across and met these two atrocious individuals, do not be sawyed or taken in by their false outer demeanor & phony facades of "kindness" and other fake behaviour. Know that they are vicious, merciless scammers and sellers of children and criminals.
