SOS Self Defense Tools TAken $57 monthly from me since Oct 2022 for what I don't know Akron Ohio
What have I been getting each month for $57.00? I've received nothing each month. VERY expensive so called "free" lantern. What was I paying for? This is not a good company charging me for nothing each month.

I am in a state of shock and disbelief. I got my credit card bill today and I noticed SOS SELF DEFENSE TOOLS Akron, OH. I did not recognize and wondered for what did I pay $57.00 ($79.78 CAD). I looked them up on the internet and there were a whole lot of scam reports on this company. One said for 2 months, he had $57.00 removed from his account before he realized and immediately cancelled. So I thought I wonder if this is NOT the first time this has been deducted from my account. I save my statements and LO and BEHOLD $57.00 has been removed each month since Oct. 2022! That's $57 X 8 equals some $456 USD (and for me $640 CA). I wondered why my credit card bill seemed higher each month than expected. I'll be 79 in Oct. so only have a small pension getting eaten away with all this inflation and to think I've paid out around $640 total for these 8 months and for what I have NO idea. It could have help pay my medical bills, groceries, etc. I have never receive any TOOLS so don't know for what you have been charging me. PLEASE CANCEL IMMEDIATELY AND REFUND ME $

For all this time, this money has been deducted from your checking or credit account and YOU DON'T KNOW IT??? Let's see, it's YOUR checking or credit account with YOUR money and YOU don't even bother to keep records of your account, if its a checking account, you don't even balance the account? YOU have absolutely no clue what's coming out of your account??? How ridiculous is this??? If YOU would have properly kept records and checked your account, this would have been caught the FIRST MONTH it happened. Since you don't have the COMMON SENSE to properly manage your accounts, you are now going to blame them??? Yes sir...this society is sure going to he'll in a hand basket due to a very obvious lack of COMMON SENSE!
