Duvely Store do not honor returns Springfield Gardens New York
I bought an item which did not fit. I emailed Duvely and asked for a refund on an item I paid $30 for and asked them to provide return instructions. They refused to refund me on a simple mesh shade for my SUV. This is unheard of nowadays...and I didn't see anything in their advertis...

Horrible company, never contacted me to send refund and when i contacted them, they sent me a partial refund when their product electric shocked my face while using! They said they will call me with new gift card and never did! They keep procrastinating when all i want to do is CUT ...
