SKARLETH LOPEZ, ARELLANO Skarleth Lopez Arellano Lied about an accident she arrived 30min after Henderson Nevada
She arrived at an accident 30 min. after it happened! it was a hit and run i was the victim she wrote me a ticket and said i cause it. But first wrote a ticket that i had no ins. once she found out i did have ins. she tore it up and her and the other police huddled up and then wrote another ticket!!!
