The Silver Legacy Hotel is part of a hotel-chain SWINDLING and CHEATING ten of thousands guests by fraudulent advertisement of lower-prices-online, lure guests to make payment immediately to secure the lower prices, charge guests with higher prices doubling or tripling its lower-prices-online. They lie to guests that the differences will be refunded when contacted online and by phone, lie to guests at online-chat and representative-on-phone that refund will be made after hotel stay and payment to the hotel.
They cheat guests by promising refund therefore guests do not cancel the reservation to receive refund immediately online, OBTAINED PAYMENT from guests at the SILVER LEGACY HOTEL doubling even tripling the lower-prices-online plus daily resort fees/tourism surcharges/multiple taxes, then DENY REFUND by lying that there is no evidence of lower-prices-online, while the lower-prices-online was VERIFIED by its online-chat-operator and representative-on-phone at the same time of reservation and promised refund.
Cheat tens of thousands of guests with its fraudulent advertisement of lower-prices-online continuously for months, with different lower-prices-online everyday.
When complained to the credit card company, Bank of America, who reward and coverup the hotel-chain, Silver Legacy Hotel committing online-fruad against ten of thousands guests through internet. The Bank is partially responsible for the rampant-online-fraud by rewarding and coverup the hotel-chain, Silver Legacy Hotel ripping off victims.
