I am a Texas local and I had a consultation with Sheryl Aguillard to purchase my first home and to guide me through the pre-approval process for a loan in October of last year, and she was extremely unprofessional!! She also runs her daughter's fictitious business "TLZ L'FEMME", and they both threatened me because I asked for my security deposit back in January. PLEASE BEWARE DEALING WITH SHERYL! SHE AND HER DAUGHTER ARE VERY STREET!
