Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

The following three breaches of California Dept' of Real Estate Rules, Regulations include misrepresentation of facts, using a 'Designated Realtor' who isn't even licensed, and false advertising.

"Junior" is the salesperson who took my money, promising me all sorts of expectations. The service is an intrusion on one's time 24/7 whereby an email is sent for each lead OR one has to stare at the screen all day long while the map using an 'algorthm"displays new leads added to the database throughought the day.

Either way, 99% of the 'leads' turned out to be NON humans, disconnected, NO replies, etc. Dead end leads are what they are selling, wrapped in a bogus website.

Their contract requires mediation & arbitraion, so one cannot sue them in small claims court. When I emailed over twice requesting arbitraition, NO RESPONSE! No phone calls ever returned. Everyone in this company knows the "company" distributes bogus leads, so they are all guilty. They didn't even supply me with a copy of the 'contract." Breach #2.

I want the Dep't of Real Estate to take away the licenses of all who work at SetSchdule.

They commit fraud on a daily basis = license revocation! and I want them to be fined!

I was told by the sale representative, before I purchased the bogus service, that the designated broker of record was a Roy Dekel, but he is not licensed; his wife is: Shayna Dekel lic #01939153:

This misrepresentation is the next breach of Dep't of Real Estate Rules & Regulations.

FALSE ADVETSING. The broker's representative sold me a service and lied about ONE of their sources of data during the sales call, that being realtor.com. Realtor.com emailed me a letter stating they have NOTHING to do with SetSchedule, including sharing data, etc. Contact me to obtain a copy of this letter.

The above three breaches of California Dept' of Real Estate Rules, Regulations include misrepresentation of facts, using a 'Designated Realtor' who isn't even licensed, and false advertising.

To give this company 1 star is not fair - I want to give it negative stars, like -5 stars.

THE LOSS IN TERMS OF COST TO ME WAS OVER 1/2 MILLION DOLLARS!

The reader must understand that the $1,800 is pennies compared to the HUNDREDS of HOURS I participated in tracking these 'leads,' both as emails and by real-time monoitporing of the website's map system where leads 'pop up' like in a video game.

My hourly value is worth $5,000/hour. I lossed over $500,000 in productivIty hours.

I was red with anger and rage!

They tout the greatness of their algorithm, but the only greatness of it is the plotting on a map of these data points that are EMPTY LEADS. I found myself for well over two weeks spending hundreds of hours chasing down DEAD leads.

Someone needs to sue SetSchedule OUT OF EXISTENCE.
