This company is nothing short of a rip-off. I was a relocation, they falsely advertised the property. It was neither clean or ready and I had to move in a day late. This company now after my filing for mediation, has notified me of a 10 move out on some bogus lie that I falsified my application.
They said I started my dog was not as big as he is. When to qualify for the home, you have to show a pic of your pet / and they approve him after seeing his size. Tiffany stated to me that she had walked through this home personally, and somehow did not notice the sewage that was leaking, the holes in the wall, the soiled carpet, the horrendous smell and yard that looked like a Louisiana swamp.
Toilet seats that were plastic, stained and disgusting. There was electrical issues, non-working items, carpets smelled and had stained and a master bath that was disgusting (to start). Tiffany lied and said that she did not receive my request for mediation and I sent her a copy of the certified receipt to show that their 10 day move out was retaliation; she continues to lie.
They have charged me bogus fees, in which I paid. Said they credited me for a rush move in and I was not able to "rush move in". Renters beware. This post is not only truth, (but a small portion of everything I could say) but to make a clear statement that harassing and throwing tenants out for making you liable is not fair.
They only wanted to credit me a mere 100 dollars for waiting 6 weeks to get 99.8 percent of the items rectified. I was without 1 whole bathroom, 1 tub and a bedroom for over a month. My neighbors and based on the online reports told me that this company is horrible and does this often. BEWARE!!!
Tiffany comes to me now and says that a picture she never received which I sent to her on the 8th of my dog is now the reason on the 29th they want me out. BULL! She and her company received my mediation request. Period. Please, people, research these management companies and don't make the mistake I did before taking property based on their "word" and don't be a victim!
Online the property looked amazing until I got there. Now after all the thousands I spent to give me a ten day is crazy. I will pay thousands to fight back! Not laying down and taking this one! I am just praying the local news station calls me back, so I can really go public.
Maybe I should take an ad out in the paper and tell the truth against their lies. I am disgusted, frustrated and have lost money, work and time over this. It's really unbelievable, they could have had a great on-time paying tenant. I am horrified.

I mutually worked with Tiffany Lesser of Service Star Reality to resolve any and current issues regarding this rental. Per this addendum, Tiffany has agreed to the return of my security deposit, other items and we mutually agreed to resolve the lease as of May 31, 2019.
Also per the addendum, I agreed to remove, update and resolve any complaints. This is me resolving this one. Please remove this report.
