The Company LLC SERF ( Adress: 119049, Moscow, st. Mytnaya, house 28, building 3, e 1 room. 2 to 1 office. 31) an import company from russia bought us 40 tons of White beans and eventhough they were supposed to pay us once the goods reach to their port they told us that they faced cash shortage and they said if we send them original bill of lading after making half payment, they will get some money in 7 days and they promised us that they will pay the rest of 18000 USD with in seven days after they receive the bill of lading.
Its been almost 2 months but they have not paid us yet and they said they will not pay us because they have no money now.
