ross otterman is a scam artist. he says he a producer and gets people to invest in low budget sado/violent horror films and action films. either the films are never made or of such low quality they are never distributed. . he then pockets most of the production money. don't do any business with him. he robbed us of 100k. he is not a producer, but a scammer.
