Roadhaus Motorsports Ronald Urban Mugnaini Caused damage during repairs Montclair California
I sent an email explaining what I wanted checked out on my vehicle. When I brought the vehicle in his words were "we can do this and we can do that." I want to make clear that I ASKED him more than once (email AND in person) to check Specifics on the vehicle.
Instead of calling and letting me know what I needed he called to tell me the things that were fixed! He DID NOT check what I brought the vehicle in for!!! The repair I asked for was COMPLETELY ignored!!! Instead he found other things he wanted to charge me for. I suspect if I search my invoices I will have paid for something that was already repaired!!!
What I got back. His attitude changed as far as the repair. "We can" BECAME "YOU CAN". He didn't even look at the part of the car that needs repairs.
One wheel is missing lug nuts!!! The front hub caps are missing!!! My a/c does NOT work anymore! The fan doesn't work!!! The driver door night light is broken!
NOTE: I went in for repairs NOT to have more things to repair!!!
How mad would you be if you had this happen to you?!
Would you trust a mechanic who told you he checked the car out before he handed you the keys?
NOTE: I had to press him to give me MY KEYS!!! I also had a remote that he had a problem finding but I WAS NOT going to leave without MY KEYS AND REMOTE!!!
