Racism and No Security: at Renew on Stout Apartments 1531 Stout St., Denver CO 80202: the Manager -Bethany, maintenance man Kevin and contractors are using African American apartments (who are paying Market rate) as breakrooms and stealing. Kevin went into a AA apartment 24hrs after she moved in, then complained to the Mgr about every inch of the apt (all going on BEHIND HER BACK).
The employees and contractors are going into the apts four days a week, doing clean sweeps (all going on BEHIND tenants back).
Instead of monitoring the daily ON CAMERA forced entries at the main door, the manager prefers to harass AA renters, paying top dollar. Everyday various men are hovering at the main entrance waiting to follow tenants into the bldg (all ON CAMERA) ,but Bethany thinks this is normal. Also, Denver CO is 5% black.
This property is very high-risk, at best.
