I ordered the Red Devil portable unit from the infomercial.
The Fulfillment company turned out to be QuantumTV in Phoenix.
I'm upset because the Shipping & Handling turned out to be equal to
a full installment payment. This was done without notifying me of
the S&H charges or getting my permission. I felt that was excessive
since the shipping point was Phoenix & I live in Phoenix!
I did email them that I was not happy about it, to which they have
not responded and have simply ignored. When attempting to reach
them by phone, their number is always busy except when they are
announcing that they are out to lunch, which the recording states
starts at 11 AM, but the recording comes on @ 10:50 AM.
After trying over 50 times in a 3 day period, I have come to the
conclusion that they are impossible to reach by phone.
I am upset that they can charge whatever they want for S&H without
telling the customer in advance.
So be careful when ordering from the Red Devil infomercial, you may
receive a S&H charge of $39.95, which makes the cost equal to 5
payments NOT 4 as they indicated, since S&H is a charge put on by
the Fullfilment Service!!!
