Queen City ENT Covid test results form NOT properly filled out Monroe NC
My boyfriend had Covid rapid test on Friday, was rejected at Charlotte Douglas International airport Sunday because results form was improperly filled in, missed flight and had to rebook it, form was confiscated by airport personnel, returned to clinic Monday and was charged AGAIN for Covid test. Clinic is only concerned with profit and was unwilling to accept responsibility for their mistake. If they cannot fill out a form properly, I question their capability in medical treatments too.
