Delivered a faulty product for $99 new. Assuming it came from China because the next day shipping took three weeks. The phone charger worked for only (2) two weeks and quit. No return process on the company website. Emailed support mutilple times requesting return, refund, exchange or store credit.

Support only sent long email for 'troubleshooting' that had no real solutions - the product was simply defective. Website is full of information on returns, exchanges, etc., but there is no working phone number to talk to an actual person or a file to start the return process. Fraud -
