Complaint Review: Platte Injury Law in Casper Wyoming - Casper Wyoming

First of all, I am grateful that someone named JACK from Wyoming wrote up a fair and decent comment on my true report on Platte River Injury Law and the neurologist - Dr. Allen Gee, who failed to follow FDA guidelines and caused severe harm to my neck for many months.

Yes, Jack is right.  Wyoming Legislature changed their laws so it makes it difficult to get justice for medical malpractice or medical negligence.  The legislature changed the wording to MEDICAL ERROR - so as to excuse those poor excuses for doctors - by saying the harm they cause is just an error.

I thought this JERK calling himself FLINT, was finally gone.  No such luck.  He just keeps at it like he has nothing else to do in the world.

By the way I noticed that this FLINT also wrote cyber bullying comments on someone else complaining about a real estate office called East Iowa Realty.

HOW STRANGE AND FUNNY THAT IS.

I can only assume that FLINT is related to either one of these people.  Since it began with the real estate company, I guess it stems from that.

ANYWAY I DID FILE A POLICE REPORT AND THEY ARE LOOKING FOR THIS FLINT.

I already stated my case that the doctor did commit medical malpractice by mis use of botox.  So, I am not going to prove anything to this CREATURE calling himself FLINT.

I AM VERY SURPRISED THAT THIS RIP OFF REPORT SITE WOULD ENCOURAGE CYBER BULLYING, WHEN THEY SHOW ON THEIR RULES, THAT THEY DO NOT PERMIT THIS.

SO--- I just want to say to the idiot calling himself, Flint this. I CAN GO ON WITH THIS BACK AND FORTH AS LONG AS YOU CAN - AND PERHAPS LONGER.

Jack is 100% right.  YOU MUST BE CRAZY.  ALSO, PEOPLE ARE LAUGHING AT YOU.  WHY DON'T YOU GET A LIFE!  But, I guess you won't do that.  YOU MUST BE STUPID, STUPID AND MORE STUPID.

And threating random Internet commenters with legal action is always worth a good laugh.  You are new to this Internet thing, aren't you?

I am still waiting for you to provide evidence that this is legally actionable malpractice, rather than just a poor treatment outcome.  You seem to think that everyone who upsets you owes you something.

I also live in Wyoming.  I just joined this site recently and wanted to file a report on a moving company who  overcharged me, mislandled and broke some stuff, and the owner, was very rude and insulted me in front of his workers.

However, I took a look at some recent reports and quite frankly, I AM FLOORED as to why some guy calling himself FLINT, seems to be attacking this poor woman seems to have suffered so much here.

First she gets her neck messed up by some neuroglogist, who obviously does not know how to properly use Botox.  She claims it was supposed to be for trigger point injection to a specific area of the neck.  Instead, this Bozo of a doctor injects the stuff all over her neck on both sides just because he wants to bill her insurance for the whole vial!  Then he does not want to admit any fault nor offer compensation!  Something is wrong here.  Guess she picked the wrong doctor - who seems to be a jerk. Sounds like malpractice to me.

Then, she finds a law firm in Casper, WY, whose staff keeps telling her that they are interested in taking her case.  Seems she followed all the advise and things she should do to try to get better.  Why would any GOOD law firm out there, would keep this lady on a string, for over 9 months - then throw her away like that - is beyond me.  Guess they are not following the rules either.  No law firm should treat anyone like that.  

YES, SHE HAS A PERFECT RIGHT TO FILE A REPORT ON THE LAW FIRM AND THE DOCTOR IS SHE CHOOSES TO DO SO.

So why is this nut case named FLINT harassing her and cyber bullying her?  You tell me.  Seems like he IS connected to the law firm or the neurolgist.  Otherwise, he would not be so passionate about this.

Or, perhaps, he is just some idiot, who gets off on stalking females.  Who knows.  He won't give his real name and writes that his name is not anyones business.

SEEMS TO ME, HE IS CLEARLY STALKING HER AND THAT IS NOT RIGHT AT ALL.

I have lived in Wyoming for quite a few years.  I know that state laws in Wyoming protect the doctors and other professionals.  Wyoming is NOT friendly to the citizen nor the consumer.  In fact, it is a LET THE BUYER BEWARE STATE and has alot of tort reform.

Don't get me wrong, Wyoming is a good state otherwise, but NOT if you are a consumer who has been ripped off or screwed by a business.

A Word of Advise to FLINT - if that is is real name.  There are federal laws against Cyber Bullying and Cyber Stalking out there.

YOU SHOULD JUST STOP NOW.  People don't believe you nor listen to you.

First of all, I would like to ask the owner of this rip off report site, WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING CYBER STALKING AND CYBER BULLYING ON YOUR WEBSITE.

Anyone here can clearly see that this person calling himself, FLINT IS MENTALLY ILL AND NEEDS TO BE HOSPITALIZED FOR HIS MENTAL CONDITION.

NEWS FLASH:  I am now going to call my local police and sheriff and show them what this sick person is doing.  I know people in law enforcement and they will be very interested in finding out who this FLINT really is.

As I stated earlier, Cyber Stalking and Cyber Bullying is clearly going on here.  The FBI - Federal Bureau of Investigation has strict laws on cyber bullying and stalking.  FAIR WARNING:  IF THIS FLINT CONTINUES THIS HARASSMENT, IT WILL BE EASIER FOR THE POLICE, SHERIFF AND FBI TO FIND HIM AND PUT HIM IN JAIL AND A $250,000 FINE, WHICH I HOPE WILL HAPPEN.

PERHAPS, INCARCERATION IN PRISON WILL FINALLY SHUT HIM UP.

He states that he is not the Law Firm that I reviewed and does not work for the doctor or anyone else.

I am guessing that he THINKS he knows everything, but does not.\

I AM NEW TO THIS SITE AND DO NOT KNOW HIM AT ALL!

So, I ask this question, WHY IS HE STALKING MY POST, WHICH IS TRUTHFUL AND EXPLAINED EXACTLY AS IT HAPPENED?  Can anyone out there tell me WHAT GIVES WITH THIS PERSON?

Just for the knowledge of other out there, perhaps reading this:

1.) I personally researched the FDA website on BOTOX AND YES IT IS A DANGEROUS DRUG.  I have also spoken to a woman at the FDA and related my experience to her.  SHE SAID THAT YES, THERE IS A WARNING LABEL ON THE BLACK BOX THAT THE BOTOX COMES IN.

THAT LABEL SPECIFICALLY STATES, THAT DOCTORS MUST FOLLOW FDA GUIDELINES AND FULLY EXPLAIN THE SIDE EFFECTS TO THE PATIENT BEFORE ADMINSTERING THE DRUG.  SUCH INFORMATIION SHOULD INCLUDE A WRITTEN EXPLANATION OF THE SIDE EFFECTS THAT THE PATIENT CAN READ AND SIGN. The neurologist NEVER followed any of this.  The FDA has taken and filed a report on this matter.

2.) The Platte River Injury Law kept me on a string for 9 full months.  Each time I did call the office, a staff member always assured me that the lawyer was INTERESTED IN MY CASE, and would call me soon.  That never happened.

They encouraged me to keep them informed and try to get better by seeing other professionals.  I did just that.  

ALSO  THE LAW OFFICE TOLD ME THAT THE MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASE WOULD BE ON A CONTINGENCY, WITH THE LAW FIRM GETTING BETWEEN 33% TO 40%

In case this Flint does not know what CONTINGENCY CASES are, it means that the lawyer only gets paid when the case is won or settled. Yes, I know lawyers do not work for nothing.

Yes, lawyers do not have to take every case that comes along, BUT, THEY NEVER SHOULD KEEP ANYONE WAITING AND STRUNG ALONG WITH PROMISES OF TAKING THE CASE FOR 9 FULL MONTHS as what was done to me.

Most lawyers would tell a potential client, within 1 week, whether or not they will accept the case.

I am now going to write to the editor of the RIP OFF REPORT AND TELL HIM TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.

THIS WEBSITE CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR CYBER BULLYING OF ANYONE OUT THERE WHO WRITES A TRUTHFUL REPORT ON WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM.

YES, IT IS INDEED CYBER STALKING, AS EACH TIME MY REPORT IS UPDATED, TO REBUT THIS FLINT, HE COMES BACK QUICKLY WITH A NASTY ATTACK ON ME.

Just like a Priest who performs exorcisms on possessed people, the way to drive out the DEMON is to get his name, and that removes the power.

This is exactly what is needed in this case.

Yet, Flint says that it is NONE OF MY BUSINESS TO KNOW HIS NAME.  Then, why hide, Flint.  Reveal yourself, so we can know who you are.

THE POLICE WILL BE INFORMED TOMORROW IF THIS FLINT DOES NOT SHUT UP AND STOP THE CYBER HARASSMENT NOW.

By the way, I was looking on this website, and see that this person named FLINT, has been stalking, bullying and harassing other authors of such reports.

LOL, according to the people posting on this website, I must be working for 1000 different companies simultaneously.  No, I don't work for them, any doctors, or any lawyers.   And my real name is, quite frankly, none of your business.  And no, this website does not restrict posts to positive cheerleading.  People can and do point out when the complainer is in the wrong.  In this case, your hysterical response definitely suggests that.

Believe it or not, medical malpractice is more than just an unsuccessful treatment outcome.  Those happen a good portion of the time even with appropriate treatment.  Whenever you seek any kind of treatment, there is always the risk of negative consequences.  That does not indicate malpractice in and of itself.

And like I said, the FDA does not regulate the practice of medicine.  Do you understand what that means?  The FDA also does not issue guidance for how to use a drug.  The FDA approves manufacturer labeling, evaluates scientific evidence supporting a drug's safety and efficacy, and regulates drug manufacturing and marketing.  Nothing the FDA does applies to doctors in any way, shape, or form.  A doctor is free to use a drug off-label, and there is nothing wrong with that.

Lawyers are also not required to take every case that comes to them.  You went to dozens of lawyers and all of them said you didn't have a case.  You finally found someone who didn't say "no" right away, probably because they didn't actually look at your case.  And yes, like most professionals lawyers are primarily interested in making money.  They aren't working for charity or the public good.  That is especially true of personal injury ambulance chasers.

Well, let us see what is happening here.  I write up a truthful report on how the Platte River Injury Law Firm wasted over 9 months of my time, had me spend money, and acted like they were interested in my case, and then do nothing.

NO LAW FIRM ANYWHERE SHOULD TREAT POTENTIAL CLIENTS IN SUCH A SHABBY FASHION.

Some free advise:  DON'T JUDGE ANYONE, UNTIL YOU HAVE WALKED A MILE IN THEIR SHOES.

What you are describing doesn't sound like malpractice, more like a bad reaction to the treatment.  Muscle weakness is a known side effect of Botox.  This was most likely disclosed to you when you started the treatment, or you could have easily found it with an Internet search.  The FDA can not and does not regulate the practice of medicine, so they don't have any "requirements" that doctors are obligated to follow.  Their requirements apply to how drug manufacturers market their drugs.  Doctors are free to use drugs off-label as they see fit.  So the facts are already not in your favor.  Apart from that, it would be difficult to prove what part of your condition was caused by the alleged malpractice and what was pre-existing.  You acknowledge you were already in serious enough pain to seek treatment.

So yeah, I can see why nobody would take your case.  Generally, that's an indication that you have a weak case or no case at all.  If you really want a lawyer to work on it, pay them in cash.  You will probably spend $50k on something with damages in the $20k range.  Lawyers aren't stupid, they aren't going to work for free.
