THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU I never ordered but did enter my card # Batavia Illinois
I got on their website and it asked for my credit card information so I put it in. Then proceeded to look for meals that I may like. At that point everything I looked at I was not interested in and or it was way too expensive. SO I decided to back out of the system because I didn't like what they had to offer. Two weeks go by and they are charging me over and over and over again. I called the customer service and ask them how their are charging me when I never submitted any order. They said as long as you put your credit card info and they will make an order for you. Which is a complete scam!!! I never hit submit!! so it's better if you just don't use them because it's a pain in the a*s to get your money back. If you don't call them, they will keep charging you over and over again.! I finally had to call Wells Fargo and have them cancel all orders from factor 75. If you look online under BBB or reviews, you will see that this company is a complete scam. Their food is overrated and super expensive. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND EVEN GETTING ON THEIR WEBSITE.

If you were on their website to browse thru their product offering without being sure they had what you wanted, why in the name of time did you VOLUNTEER YOUR CREDIT CARD before even deciding on something??? Hello??? Anybody home upstairs? Does the elevator reach the top floor??? Oh wait, there's even more!!!! The BBB with all their PHONEY BALONEY is NOT part of ANY government body or law enforcement entity! The BBB and all their deceptive BS, has absolutely ZERO POWER to enforce ANY business laws nor does it have ANY power to force any business to do anything! What they do with "complaints" is use them as SALES LEADS to SELL businesses their absolutely PHONEY "accreditations" and their absolutely FAKE "ratings"! If a business wants an "A+" "rating", they BUY IT FROM THE BBB with all the BBB BS! When that business with their PURCHASED PHONEY "accreditation" and their PURCHASED FAKE "rating" deals with another complaining customer, that business will hide behind the BBB with all the BBB PHONEY BALONEY and tell the customer they shafted "Look, we have an "A+ rating". The BBB is nothing more than a sleazy con-game and is definitely NOT your friend.
