This guy named Phung Thanh Hai of Vietnam owns a Telegram Group (Buy Amazon AWS Accounts). He advertises that he have lots of accounts for sale with few FAKE REVIEWS posted on the group. I am one of the victim so I was so pissed that I got to dig deeper into this. I pretended to be another customer and in an instant he messaged me about him being the admin and selling some accounts. Unfortunately for him, he disclosed his Wise Account ([email protected]) and Payooner Account ([email protected]). I asked about this Wise details including his first and last name, hence, I got his full name: Phung Thanh Hai

Please beware dealing with this person. He might be hiding on different ID now but his name will be forever be on this site. Phung Thanh Hai from Vietnam is a seasoned scammer.
