PHP Agency Zia Kingdom multi-level marketing company using sales if life insurance to create up line income through recruitment New Mexico Albuquerque
PHP Agency (People Helping People) is a compAny who sells people more than helps people. Company finds people to recurit through social media such as facebook to sign up amd get licensed as a life insurance agent. Once signed up ($199 startup fee) you are to provide a list of 25 people who they will call to setup meetings to determine life insurance needs using multiple insuracne agencies.
The training provided is about selling and recuriting people to join in the company to create a downline. Compensation is deternined by the amount of recurits you get to the company not the sell of life insurance. The more recurits you get the higher your percentage in compensation is determined. The training provided is never about the insurance industry and is soley focused on the recuritment of people to the compnay by providing incentives such as trips to Las Vegas, free gifts for the highest recruiters.
