PFC Opinion Research David Leonard Very Rude and Unprofessional NY NYC
I received an message with a name, said study, and a number. I called left a message and the message on the answering machine we will get back to you within an hour. Knowing studies fill up fast I tried again after work. When I finally got ahold of David. He was snippy, not scolding me and very rude. With a very vague message he blamed me for trying to call.
That is not the way you talk to individuals that you are trying to recruit. Anyone who leaves a message gives all details and does not scold the individuals who are calling. That is not a way to do business. Most people call back the number that called them.
