On October 30, 2014, I paid Brian Watters, one of O'Reilly Auto Parts, North Orem, Utah Store's, Commercial Accounts, to purchase and install a Precision Fuel Pump #43004, in my 1996 Chev Cavalier, that he, Mr. Watters, purchased on his commercial account.  It came with a Lifetime Warranty per Matt of the North Orem Store.

On September 27, 2021, I paid EP Auto, Orem, Utah, another Commercial Account of that store,  to remove and replace the defective Precision Fuel Pump Mr. Watters had installed. Chas,  North Orem O'Reilly and Dylan, South Orem O'Reilly Hub Manager, worked out the warranty matter since Mr. Watters was out of town and not available.  I paid EP Auto $279.40 in labor to remove and replace the defective pump.  North Orem delivered the replacement pump and took the defective one back for a warranty claim.  Labor Claim amount is $2799.40

On April 27, 2021, I paid Rick's Muffler, one of O'Reilly Auto Parts, North Orem Store's Commercial Accounts, to replace two (2) injectors on the 96 Chev Cavalier.  There is no labor claim on this.

On July 26, 2021, I paid Rick's Muffler, one of O'Reilly Auto Parts, North Orem Store's Commercial Accounts, to replace ALL four (4) injectors on the 96 Chev Cavalier.  The ones from April 27, 2021, were defective and warrantied out.  There is no labor claim on this.

On October 28,2021, I paid EP Auto, one of O'Reilly Auto Parts, North Orem Store's Commercial Accounts, to replace one (1) of the four (4) injectors installed on July 26, 2021, for it had gone bad and had a lifetime warranty.  North Orem delivered the replacement injector to EP Auto and took back the defective one for a warranty claim.  Labor Claim amount is $159.00.

On or about November 26, 2021, O'Reilly Auto Parts, South Orem HUB issued a "partial refund check" in the amount of $132.00.  Said amount was calculated because they claimed that I had purchased the replacement parts and took them to the respective shops.  Truth of the matter, O'Reilly North Orem Store took ALL replacement parts to the shop, EP Auto, and picked up the defective parts for a warranty claim.

O'Reilly Auto Parts owes me the balance of $306.40 on a FULL LABOR CLAIM.

I have endeavored to reach out to Gregory Johnson, CEO, O'Reilly Auto Parts and his assistant, Nicole Coleman, of Corporate, for a resolution.  They have ignored me to date.

My warning to the public, STAY AWAY FROM O'REILLY AUTO PARTS.  Their warranty is useless and not worth the paper it is written on.   If I could leave a negative feedback, I would.
