I was on the phone with one of your representatives telling her that the product is just blowing air, that's it. I could buy a nice vertical fan for 1/2 the price @ Costco. She told me to put ice cubes and the filter in the freezer.
Seriously, this is pointless. In the video nothing like that was shown, just simple pouring water and magic happened. But not in reality. This is a rip-off.
