onlinevitalus took $78 and did not deliver ordered birth certificates

The end of January 2019 I ordered 2 official birth certificated for my Grandaughter from Connedticut and 2 from Alaska for my Son on the same day.

I have never received anything! I have no address or phone number and cannot contact them.
