Npc international Pizza Hut Over worked underpaid undertrained Pierre South Dakota
I was a General Manager of Pizza Hut for 6 years in Sioux Falls, SD, they asked me to transfer to a store falling apart in Pierre, SD. I was there for 30 days, so many things happened. The staff was untrained but all employees can be trained, according to me. Well I ended up being termed as a General Manager after 6 years. They stated the store that had huge money issues and other things going on that now I was the cause. Which is a huge joke, but I will deal with the accusations and know no matter what I am a great Manager. So back to the fact I was transfered out here and promised they would pay all expenses that occurred. Which to this day I have not recieved any thing at all. I am a single mom of three. My AGM told me to do paid out for employee recognation for anything i needed but refused to do so as the fact that is theft in my mind.
But now they are accusing me of doing paid outs for prescription meds. Which I did not do. I had dental surgery and a bunch of things done since here. I also pulled my back out and need to go to doctor but didn't have time to. In the 6 years with Pizza Hut I have worked way over my 50 hours last week alone I did 74 hours. After this week I would be doing 7 days a week and two open to closes. Did I get extra pay? No not a dollar. I was fired but went to talk to HR and now they are claiming I quit, too bad I recorded the whole convo on my cell phone. Also have texts and email asking two AGMs for help and asking RGM for permission to buy DVR. Which will also be shown. Messages to numerous GM asking for help.
The pierre store alone has done pass, fail, pass, fail of every inspection. They only pass cause they know when the inspection is coming. Pine Ridge store is a huge gross mess. Lets talk about Sioux Falls 41st location in the summer months it get 100 degrees in there, while employees are working for minimum wage. Of course they don't last that heat is bad. 26th location besides the mold. Pierre, 10th street in Sioux falls and mitchell have huge leaks in the roof, that npc will not fix cause of cost. Also of course the AGM get great bonuses to not fix the stores. I can keep going about more abd more stores. Will wait for a later date. I have filed for unemployment and will be going further with this. I now am trying to go home and stuck in Pierre. Guessing this is what we do for transfered employees. Thanks, NPC.
