Ordered online for a gift. Advertise nice clothing with Yellowstone printed on it. Says will ship next business day. 2 weeks go by and I contacted them to cancel my order as they advised hasn't shipped, due to so many orders. Asked for refund twice they refused. Less then 24 hours they ship. Asked multiple times in emails what city and state, customer service phone number and person name i was speaking to. The person refused to answer.
Received merchandise from china, knockoff cheap material and misspelled words on the merchandise. I asked for refund for defective merchandise they offered 5%. They kept repeating in emails "sorry didn't meet expectations". They expect the customer to pay for shipping for the return to china.
Very terrible customer service and sketchy.Only regret I didn't research before buying. Refuse to provide any information. Found out they copy pictures from internet and place on their website changing logos, using multiple websites to sell, with the same policy. It is not usa owned and operated false advertisement. The pictures are not what you are buying.
I want others to be aware so not ripped off as I was. First picture what advertised 2nd what I received
