They said it was delivered, but it wasn't. They refuse to give me a refund. They wouldn't give me the name of the shipping company so I could find out where my package was.

Trooutlets.com Scam site take money and dissapear no delivery no answer nothing Internet
Looking for a North Face product, landed on their site, placed and order, paid with the card and that was all. Order confirmation was received by mail but no delivery confirmation, no answer to my messages, just complete silence.
