As i worked as a BDM over here from last 4.4 years and suddenly company asked me to leave the company without any specific region, Also they committed they will offer 45 days but did not provided and asked to leave within 30days and do not need to come to office on immediate basis.
At the time of discussion they told me they will release my partial Gratuity amount as i did not completed 4.9 years and Gratuity they are deducted from my in hand salary on monthly basis.
But when i called then for gratuity then they denied to provide.
Also I was participated individual more than 1.5 cr turn over every financial year.
Dear client who are going to use these company for the beater service as they are offering certified developers for service, they have only 2-3 certified developers at there end and making you guys are fool and backend they are using the 2-3 year exp. staff and offering 10+ year exp. staff for development and changing the cost accordingly.
Please beware kind of these company's as a employee or Customer.
