Anthony Nault, was the owner of Blackthorn Environmental LLC. He obtained the insurance and permit for his half brother, Chris Dec and property manager of Fuller Farms Condo Association in Lowell. Mr. Dec was hired and entrusted to install vinyl siding on a 26 unit building. They installed the vinyl siding with absent care. There is ongoing stormwater infiltration around most windows. They chose not to install flashing around all 100 windows. They chose not to fully wrap the building with Tyvek. They chose not to panel and protect the exposed KD framing lumber behind 3 exterior stairs. There is mold and mildew, wood destroying insects. There is a musty stench after rainfall. In summation it was a rip off as $115,000 is wasted. Siding contractors stated that the siding needs to be removed and properly installed. Prior to that Clark Hill Home Inspection pointed out other flaws. Every paragraph stated, correction is needed. Attorneys claim that Dec & Nault have no collateral, so the association will suffer this loss.
