Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company takes advantage of people who are desperate for money, and do not know enough about real estate to know what a terrible contract they are signing.  And that they will put a lein on their house making it impossible to get any money for thier equity from any bank.

There "40 year" contract basically states they will be paid 6% of the current market value at a minimum.  If the value of the home goes up they will get 6% of that.   If the property owner dies the contract will transfer to whoever inherits the property.   And the new owner has to notify the company or they will be in breach of the contract which is a 3% fee, or the current market value, with a minimum amounting to 6% of the current market value (at the time of signing the contract)

Also if a buyers broker is involved, they will still get their 6% and the buyers broker will be paid by the seller.

My friend is so desperate for the 1300.00, and so feeble in the brain from his medications, he is only looking at receiving the money.   These people do not care anything about their clients, only about their profit.

I'm so confused to why people are so quick to call us a scam!! It's super frustraing to watch people who think they know everything about anything give their 2cents which is to much to pay for theirr very in acurate info.

First off we are governed by the DRE so they are very aware of our transactions. 2nd off we are LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENTS, feel free to ask for our license number to look it up. Are you seriously saying that a Real Estate Company invest money into "POTENTIAL FUTURE BUISNESS" WHO is NOT understanding what "POTENTIAL" means.

Shall I give you the websters definition... possible but not definite. We offer cash for the potential future buisness!! Guess what IF THE CLIENT CHOOSES NEVER EVER TO SELL. NO problem.  Lets talk about a lien. A lien is an agreement. Nothing more. So absolutely their is a pulic notice on the house that the homeowner has "agreed" if and only IF they ever choose to sell they would use MV as the listing agent.

As far as no commisions for the buyers agent.. OOPS WRONG AGAIN uniformed hater. Actually the buyers agent gets 3% as well as the listing agent.  SO lets review 6% total commision. 100% regulated by DRE Licensed real estate agents who would LOSE THEIR LICENSE if they did anything unethical and last but not least despite all the ugly uninformed people who have nothing better to do than act like a wanna be detective out there who don't really reasearch WE HAVE SO MANY HAPPY CUSTOMERS. 5 STAR RATED ON GOOGLE AS WELL AS ZILLOW...
