Modeste's Cleaning and Construction Top Hat Entertainment Sheetrocked the second floor of my house Westhampton Beach NY
Michael Modeste and his wife bought the supplies with my money and then actually stole half the money by misrepresenting the cost. He never cleaned up after, left garbage on the street in black bags! Never put in one full day worth of work, no-showed twice, never came on time and I began to figure out that his excuses for not showing up got increasingly ridiculous.
Also they did not put the sheetrock up correctly and the little they did do had to be redone. He never completed the job he just declared the job completed. He continued to lie, and tried to trick me out of more money-but left the place a shambles, and was extremely disorganized and filled the work area with filth.
They probably put in only about 2 full days to sheetrock 1800 square feet. This group is not just incompetent they are Grifters , they have a lot of tricks to fool you and go after your money. Then they just stop answering your phone.
They got about $2,250 out of me, They are a weird family of grifters and luckily I did not have my valuables on the second floor.
