referred by commercial real estate broker, spoke via email and phone extensively with Gerald about construction project. Sent check for 20K and he states his son died and he would return funds. No funds have been received and lawsuit has been filed

Apex drilling / Do Not Hire / Stolen deposits / scam artists... We bought land and hired Apex drilling to dig a well for us. They asked for 50% down and never came back to do the work. This was 6 months ago..They wont return our calls so we filed a police report and now they are being investigated for theft. We were told this is not the first time this happened. They took our deposit and never did any work , its been 6 months and they are not returning our phone calls...Do not hire marble falls texas
This company is scamming people, they have multiple complaints according to the City of Austin.
I did not expect this from them...I am so sorry i contacted them for an estimate. $33,000 is alot of money to us
