Mint Moblie Mint sold me a demonstrator phone that should not have been sold is missing features and overheats. Fountain Valley California
Mint Mobile is terrible. They sold me a a OnePlus Nord 100 two months ago. The phone they sold me was a demonstrator model. It was not to be sold for use, only demonstration. It does not update nor does it have all the features of the regular phone. It also overheats regularly. Nord has confirmed this phone should not have been sold by searching the IMEI number. Nord has emailed me confirmation of this. Two months into this fight Mint will not exchange or return the phone. They are awful beyond belief.
