Mark Cartier stole thousands from me and my company. Mark Cartier has harmed many people financially with complete disreguard for his actions or concquencensesss. Mark Cartier will deceive you for personal gain regardless of pain and suffering he causes on others.
I believe he has narcissistic personality disorder and gets off harming others financially and in manipulative ways. I wish I had posted this report a long time ago as I feel it could of stopped what he has done or at least given some red flags of caution. before finding out the crimes he committed in Los Angeles against the many victims including stealing millions of investor funds which he was found guilty of in the Los Angeles Superior Courts in 2019.
Mark Cartier a conman will make you believe or think that his garbage he spews is real and will suck you into a web of deceit and lies. Mark uses many tools of deception and manipulation against even the smartest most sophisticated people. He creates complex sophisticated scams in the film industry to steal large sums of money. I am warning you do not do any business with this person under any circumstances as he royally screwed my company over. If you do you are possibly at great risk.
