Magic Mop Advertised 14 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee Is Misleading Ontario California
I was made aware of this product through an online ad which redirected me to their site - magicmopusa.com - that clearly displays a 14 Day 100% Guarantee. While they highlight this guarantee more than once on their site, it is not accurate and in fact misleading. They are not being completely transparent and fail to make mention of the fact that returns and refunds are not issued for sale items. That information was hidden in the "Shipping Policy" when I purchased but since my dispute they have now included a separate "refund policy" in their footer links. which tells me they knew they were being decieving and made an attempt to correct the issue.
However, here's the kicker, there is also a Flashing, Attention grabbing "Limited Time Offer" notice that is misleading and deceiving because the "Limited Time Offer" actually Never ends (almost 3 months later the timer is still there with 3+ hours remaining before the offer expires).
So in addition to the Limited Time Offer not being limited in any way and misleading to get you to purchase sooner than later, they fail to mention upfront by their advertised 100% Money Back Guarantee that sale items can Not be returned for a refund. There is no asterik or notation by the gaurantee claims on their site mentioning that their 100% Money Back Guarantee has special terms and conditions.
So they are advertising a Limited Time Offer that never ends and then using this very offer (sale) as a loop hole to not accept returns/refunds. Not to mention a false claim of no more back pain and fatigue.
Don't waste your money and stay away from this company. The product is not as advertised, the gaurantee is not true and you will be stuck with a useless mop and bucket.
