Luminous Themes Oxygen Weebly theme Customer service is non existent. Very unresponsive and product is flawed worldwide
Wish I read the bad reviews before I spent the money. The theme is also invading all my other Weebly themes as one reviewer already said on this platform. The theme does not included Call to action popups or slides, nor a chat option.
Customer service is appalling. They don't even respond. Next week I will be calling Weebly support to get some help.
I made the purchase for principally SEO purposes. Now that I know that I was lied to and misled about their support team, I am sure I will be disappointed by the performance of their theme as well.
These people cannot be trusted
do not do business with them.
