After attaning Lucas information I reached out to him. He sent an email which was basically a sales pitch to hire him. Luca is definitely a smooth talker with confidence which will convince you to hire him. He always seems "busy" and loves to schedule Zoom calls vs. having email/text conversations. Probably due to avoiding any records of what he says.

He talks about his high end clients and multimillionaire friends, tells you about his connections, and allows you to believe that hiring him will get you to that point. I "shopped" around before speaking with Luca so when we spoke he offered me something I had not considered and made it so attractive that I almost forgot about my main goal. However, I stood my ground and told him if he cannot offer me what I am looking for then perhaps we can work on his plan in the future.

His response was to offer me to manage my brand and continue growing it non stop for a price of $5,500. Unfortunately, he ended up pocketing over 70% of that instead of utilizing it to do what he was hired to do. So you’re basically hiring VERGED to manage your company/social platform/master class.

He stole over $4000 AND in the process scammed 1 other person!!! Several times I caught him saying/promisig one thing but later when that did not happen he went back on his word and made up lies to justify it. He will tell you about his very busy & big team however once I signed the contract and paid him, he took forever to start working because he had to hire on other people to do the work!

He insists on using his versions of communication such as Slack messaging and pCloud for uploading content. This way only he has access to editing, deleting, or just closing it out in a blink of an eye. So make sure you take screen shots of everything like I did.

Once I confronted him, he tried to say he was being helpful by changing the way he works to alter my needs and that is why things weren't so successful. BUT if I put in $10,000 more, then things would work much better. Ha! If you're reading this before hiring Luca Castellini aka VERGED do yourself a favor and just move on as quickly as possible.

However, if you've already fallen victim to his scam, make sure you cover all your bases, get screenshots, emails, photos, all evidence to fight him in court as I have. Hoping this will become helpful to someone.

I got scammed by this guy and his accomplice Gianluigi Porto. I am trying to build a case of getting my money back and if you could please respond to my comment, we can maybe share contact information on how we can bring these people down. They refuse to answer any of my messages and if they do they are so vague. I was scammed out of $30,000 and can’t believe it.

The majority of the payment was supposed to go towards promotions but he wasn't utilizing it that way. His way to hide it was telling me that a promo was costing the platform $500-$1000, when in reality is was less than $50-$100! In many cases I found the the missing money went to his pocket as he paid less than 5% of what he was actually telling me. He claimed that "his team" was getting paid above $2,000 out of the budget to do all the work when they were in fact paid only $750!

He was supposed to provide hashtags and captions with the posts. And almost all the captions were copied from other accounts similar to mine. He changed the agreement in the last moment to suit his plan of action. Small word detailing to cover up his corruption. So be aware, BE AWARE, BE AWARE. This guy is a good con artist, do your research, Google search him up, and if you still choose to hire him make sure you have your lawyer go through all the details to make sure you're protected ahead of time.
