I ordered through Lorithy.com online on June 5, 2020, $223.94 USD total, and I recieved my order on July 13, 2020. The items I received look absolutely nothing like the images or item descriptions on their website. The items I received were cheap prints and plastic coated materials where the images show flowy cotten sundresses with lace details. It was very dissapointing.

The Lorithy.com website return policy clearly states, "If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s)" and to contact them for a return form for a refund via email at [email protected]. On July 13th right after opening my order and seeing how unsatisfactory the items were, I contacted them at that email and requested a form for a refund.

I was asked to send pictures, which I did to show how unsimilar the items were from those item pictures posted on their website. I was told "The photos you provided did not show quality issues, such as holes, stains, etc. We cannot refund for non-quality issues. Please allow a little color and size difference, it is inevitable." However, this is NOT what their return policy states and I would never had ordered if a refund wasn't possible. After posting a low online review, I was repeatedly told a return wasn't possible, but they would refund me first, a $34 refund then a $78 refund if I would keep the order.

I told them my order was $223.94 and the items are unworn and tagged and I wanted to make a full refund, I would happily pay the postage. Since then I've recieved one more email again offering my $78 to keep my order, which I declined saying I still want to send my order back for a full refund. I think they are trying to delay until the 30 days are up so I can't send for a refund. What can I do? Please help.
