Linda Croft Linda Croft Will Rip Sellers Off Cant Read And Will Make Excuses When She Costs Sellers Money For Her Fraud Wenatchee WA
Linda Croft has no clue on how to buy or deal with things when going to a store. She will buy things and not bother to read things she states she had legally agreed to. She will first place an order with a declined credit card and at the transaction have the terms and conditions displayed in point blank range. Thats not good enough, even though the shipment time frame was clearly stated, she contacts the seller days later to b***h and complain on why the product hasnt arrived when she knows the seller is well within the time period and it has not nealy pasted.
She will complete and sign documents once again stting she had read and agreed to the terms which again included the shipment time frame. Once again once she completes and signs the docs, the terms and conditions are displayed once again in point blank range. By this time you'd think this cluless theif will actually read and know it, but no, Sent her two more copies of the terms and conditions and how to contact the company, still not enough for for this clueless lazy a*s to still not get a concept of the terms and conditions.
She calls Amex and files a fraud dispute claiming the item was not received by the legally clearly stated, numourly repeated terms, when she had no documented evidence whatsoever of proving the item came outside the clearly stated time frame. She likes to place funds on orders on hold, waste a sellers time doing hours of paperwork, cost selers money in non refundable dispute fees, and will purposely waste your time sending her collections letters. She wont even acknowledge the fact she signed documents making up more and more excuses.
Sellers just do yourself a favor, ban this 75 year old thief and just file immediate charges for bank fraud against her. As with anyone who places a decined credit card for an order, they are as worthless as a $3 bill.
