No merchant FORCES anyone to do anything. A customer always has the option to walk out. Any car dealer which adds BOGUS FEES to a deal is telling you in advance honesty and integrity ARE NOT IN PRACTICE THERE. Bogus fees are dealer fees, electronic filing fee, documentation fees, processing fees and alike. COMMON SENSE dictates a customer should READ all documentation BEFORE agreeing to it.
