Klondike Cold Storage Ruined All of My Food Product Langley British Columbia
Steer clear of these guys. We stored several dozen pallets of our processed fish products in thier cold storage facility. I guess they have been having a lot of issues maintaining thier freezers lately and did not tell any of thier customers. When I had the fish shipped out to the end clients, it had all completely defrosted and spolied!!!
The company has denied any worngdoing on thier part and refused to even discuss the matter with me, or any representtaive of our firm. By researching online, I have seen many other reports of customers having the same issues with Klondike's lack of freezer dependability.
If they had just admitted to us that the product had gone bad we could have taken corrective action. Now I have lost customers and my own reputation due to a problem that wasn't ours to start with.
Think twice before you store any expensive food product with Klondike Cold Storage for cold storage. Until they are able to fix their freezer and take responsibility for the damage they have done to the food chain, they are not a reputable company.
