Janice Silver torments, attempts to control and manipulate who ever gets in her path. At first she appears to care but she doesn't! Any conversation with her quickly turns bad if she feels she doesn't have the upper hand.
I have checked into her background and she is a horrible controlling person, to the point of controlling and manipulating even her grown kids both over 30. From what I have heard, she is a drunk and often goes to work hung over. She will get drunk and lets anyone know things that should be kept confidential. She works in subsidized housing and is the CEO. She is a very very poor example of a CEO.
Do not hire her for your business. She will sink it into the ground in no time. She operates on feelings more than sense. The place she works at now has had such a high staff turnover since her induction to CEO and it is all because nobody can work with her. There is no working with her. I spoke with her on the phone about a housing issue for one of our clients and the tone of her voice left nothing to the imagination on how she felt. I was left feeling like I had wasted her time by calling to discuss certain issues with her. Issues that should have only been handled by a competant CEO! She was not willing to listen to any of my concerns. Zero compassion! She told me to take my concerns elsewhere. I guess it was one of her hung over days! Where else should I take them? My concerns were with her and the company she works for. How she can maintain her job at that company is beyond comprehension!
