Independence Village Senior Living The company does not pay its vendors on time if at all Plymouth Michigan
This company does not pay its vendors on time and has plenty of excuses why it does not. We provided services to this assisted living facility, and they have not paid their bills. They do not dispute the services with us. The activity director promised several times to send us payment for our services and has not followed through.
The executive director, regional administrator and the activity director have blamed the lack of payment on their corporate office. Supposedly, they are going to correct the situation, but they have not done so for months. This must justify why they are totally unable to get small invoices paid, do not follow through about providing an answer about sending payments and then do not send us payment. Are they having financial issues generally? Who knows.
This is a disservice to the elderly who live there as well as to the honest vendors who provided them with services.
