This company has a 100% money-back guarantee as you will see on their website. Ideazon - Crowdfunding Team In July I retained them and sent them half of $9500. In Sept. I sent them the other half of the fee. In July they began to send me information and writings on what they were doing. They said they could help me raise $100,000 on Kickstarter. They are a marketing company. We were supposed to launch the Kickstarter on Sept 22. That date came and went and it didn't happen. I began to send them emails about when are we going to launch. I would not hear back from them for 2 weeks or so. I called them they would never return my phone call. Another month went by and they email me and say we are doing this or that but they would never give me a launch date. at the end of Nov. I started asking for my money back. Nothing.
They told me they were working on my information. They called me and said they would be assembling the page live while we talked on the phone. That didn't happen. They then said it would be done over the weekend that didn't happen. That was 2 weeks ago. I begin to increase my request for my money back. I did some research and found two people posting online saying this company had done the same thing to them and it happened during the same period of time that mine happened. 
I emailed them again told them what I had found about the other people who were dissatisfied with their service and wanted their money back. The Ceo Matt Green at that point got my stuff done and it was on the Kickstarter page this was this Monday. Now they said they are ready to launch. First of all we are 3 months behind. In Oct I did change the name they say that's why there is a delay but that's bull. At this point, I don't want to work with them because I don't know if they have done the marketing necessary to make my Kickstarter a success. And I saw someone else who said that for his campaign they only raised $40. That is ridiculous and they still did not want to give him his money back.
I again requested that the wire my money back immediately. Ceo Matt Green offered me 20% I refused and told him I wanted all of my money back. The other workers there started emailing me offering to show me this and that. Remember before I couldn't get an email back or a phone call for 2 to 4 weeks at a time. This company thinks they can scam hard-working people out of their money and this is not okay!

I have an almost identical experience that started in September 2020. I'd like to work together and provide each other affadavits that we each can use in our litigation against Ideazon. I just posted my ripoff report as well. If you are interested, please reply with an email.
